Weekly Weigh In

What, what??? Almost 20 lbs down! Okay, so 18.8 lbs down since start. 5 lbs since last Friday.
I'm not sure what happened (maybe the hair cut? lol) but I hope it continues.
Also, I know I'm posting a day late, but the picture is from yesterday.

Sunday Not So Fun Day

This isn't the first time he has said something like that. But this is the first time it has made me cry.
I thought I was happy with myself, but I'm not. And I'm done pretending I am. I need to fix myself so I can mother him better.

Weekly Weigh In, and also I did a thing today.

So, I figured out why I didn't lose more weight last week. It was that time of the month. So this week went better. Down a total of 13.8 lbs from start 3.4 lbs since last Friday.

Also.. I did a thing. I got my hair cut super short. I also donated 10 inches of hair to Wigs4Kids
They're one of my favorites because kids and families are NEVER charged for the wigs, and no child who needs a wig is ever turned away.

Before and after:
